Organizational Readiness Assessment™ (ORA)

Understand how the organization is functioning now.

The Organizational Readiness Assessment™ is a structured reflective assessment designed to surface reported patterns across six dimensions of organizational functioning.

The assessment examines:

Clarity & Direction
Accountability & Ownership
Communication & Information Flow
Trust & Leadership
Systems & Work Processes
Readiness & Improvement Capacity

The assessment contains 60 scored statements and optional reflection questions. Participants respond based on the organization's current reality—not its intentions, future plans, or what the organization is supposed to be.

What the assessment can surface

Responses are evaluated through The Operational Fix assessment methodology to create a structured operational snapshot. Results may identify overall organizational patterns, dimension-level scores and classifications, lower reported dimensions, priority threshold flags, and item-level friction signals.

A low-response signal does not determine cause or assign responsibility. It identifies an area that may warrant closer observation, discussion, or operational review.

Before you begin

Answer based on what is consistently true in the organization today.

If you are unsure, answer based on what you have personally observed or experienced.

The Organizational Readiness Assessment™ is a reflective organizational assessment. It does not provide a clinical, legal, or employment determination.

Clarity first. Then action.
