Over the last 48 hours, I watched something happen that felt bigger than building a website, an assessment, or a business card. I watched an idea become a system in real time.
The Operational Fix has always been about people operating inside systems. But in the process of building it, I began to understand that idea differently. When the distance between thought and execution gets shorter, the way we think begins to change.
