The Organizational Readiness Assessment™ examines six dimensions of organizational functioning: Clarity & Direction, Accountability & Ownership, Communication & Information Flow, Trust & Leadership, Systems & Work Processes, and Readiness & Improvement Capacity.
The assessment produces a structured operational snapshot based on reported responses, including an overall classification, dimension-level patterns, priority thresholds, and item-level friction signals.
The Trust Dynamics Index™ examines the relationship between the trust-building behaviors a participant reports contributing and the workplace conditions the participant reports experiencing.
